4.Notify us when you are going on Hiatus.
5.YOUR SITE MUST NOT BE LISTED ON ANY WALL OF SHAME
6.Check with me in chat box every once a week.
7.Must have at least 5 pages of content....such as welcome signs,petpage....etc.
8.Button must be 88 by 15.
9.If you read this in "comment box" put Kei LOVES Anime in that box.
